Upon final payment for a completed project, the client is granted copyright ownership to the specific design, graphics, and text contained in the finished web project, excluding any third-party plugins, stock imagery, or proprietary code libraries belonging to Digital Websynation.
To ensure a smooth workflow and timely delivery of services, the client agrees to the following responsibilities:
Our payment terms are designed to be fair to both parties and ensure project momentum:
Digital Websynation will make every effort to meet agreed-upon project deadlines. However, timelines are dependent on the client providing necessary assets and feedback promptly. Delays in client feedback may result in a proportional delay in the final project delivery date.
If a project stalls for more than 30 days due to client inaction, Digital Websynation reserves the right to pause the project and re-evaluate the timeline or issue an invoice for work completed to date.
In no event shall Digital Websynation, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be liable to you for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website or our services, whether such liability is under contract, tort or otherwise. Digital Websynation shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of your use of our services.
Either party may terminate a project with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms and Conditions. In the event of cancellation by the client, Digital Websynation will retain the initial deposit and invoice for any additional work completed beyond the scope of the deposit up to the date of cancellation.
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the UK for the resolution of any disputes.
